This app doesn't open if you have no Internet connection. It says: you're offline, try again or notify me. It's galling because after a half decade or more of development it finally features: offline maps, for when you're in a train between stations, experiencing an issue, and need to reroute without a connection. But you can only use that in the off chance you'd opened the app before being underground without a network. šŸ¤¬ Still happens; feedback sent with screenshot (Play Store blocks opening)

Thank you for your comment. You should be able to open the app without an internet connection and access the Offline Maps. If you are still experiencing an issue, please let us know by submitting feedback via the app: Open "More" tab, tap the "App Feedback" button, and follow the prompts.

The upgrade is practically unusable. You have to wade through menus to get the train or bus you want. When you get there, the scrolling, 9 times out of 10 doesn't work, so you keep swiping your finger on the screen until it decides to move it. Then when to get to the stop you want , you have to keep polking it until it decides to open, most times you hit the stop and it shifts to the other direction. I miss the old version, where you plugged in the bus number and it went right to the route!

The app could be glitchy but overall it made sense - now, with the total revamp, the whole user friendly interface has disappeared. I'm not talking about having to get used to something new - things that were centrally located are no longer, things that were collected for convenience (ie, delays, planned reroutes, etc) are no longer. It takes so much longer to click through to the train schedule and it just feels silly.
