I've been using this app for over 10 years. This app sucks the way it is now! The older version from about 3 years ago was perfect! I primarily use it for my AAR service to set up my trips. It's gotten slower and slower to show data. You've taken away functions and made others convoluted. Example: When booking trips, it used to remember the last several addresses you used. Now we don't. Trip information was all on one screen; just scroll down. Now you have to click into another screen.

I'm impressed with the little things that mean so much like the features that show as soon as I open the app. With other travel apps, they don't show me both directions at one. I always have to put in an address/destination first. Showing me what I'm closest to with the departure times & also where the bus is is awesome. Since I just started using the app I gave it a four. However I do expect to give it a five star in the future if it continues to be so practical & reliable.

The upgrade is practically unusable. You have to wade through menus to get the train or bus you want. When you get there, the scrolling, 9 times out of 10 doesn't work, so you keep swiping your finger on the screen until it decides to move it. Then when to get to the stop you want , you have to keep polking it until it decides to open, most times you hit the stop and it shifts to the other direction. I miss the old version, where you plugged in the bus number and it went right to the route!

Thank you for your feedback. We fixed the scrolling issue in a recent app update. We also improved the navigation by adding the ability to choose your preferred default tab. To do this, just tap "More" and then "Default Tab." If you choose the "Status" tab, you will see your favorite lines and routes first whenever you open the app.
