1. Provide ways for users to know the validity of their subscription. 2. Give control on what can be uploaded. The auto upload starts everything. I would like to control which folders should be backed up and file level control (like just images or videos) would be a great feature to have.

I am facing an issue with the audio player in the JioCloud Android application. The next audio file does not play automatically — the player gets stuck on the same file. Even when I enable the loop option, it does not switch to the next file. However, the same feature works perfectly when using JioCloud on the website, so the problem seems specific to the Android app. Kindly look into this issue and provide a fix in the next update. if you provide a solution I give it 5 stars.

If you download many videos from any application, then they will go to Jio Cloud in the backup but they get automatically deleted from the phone memory. This probably happens so that you can download the same video from Jio Cloud. This has happened to me three to four times.Despite this, most of the videos you download from this app do not have sound, so what is the benefit of saving data in this app?
