worst app experience ever. won't register. when registered kept logging out and I had to queue at bank for 1 to 2 hr three times to get it to work and it works for a few days and doesn't work again. useless app and poor customer service. now it doesn't work again. waste of time.

No option to receive OTP via Email or SMS. Krungthai will only send OTP to the Thai phone number that was registered when open the account. If you opened account using temporary SIM while in Thailand and that SIM is expired long time ago(or lost), you have no way of getting OTP while trying to reinstall "Krungthai Next" application.

This is the third time I've had to go to a branch with original passport/picture or hardcopy isn't accepted to fix my phone number. The number is the same. October 22, 2025 This time, my phone had an OS update. Other Thai bank apps work but not Krungthai. Back to a bank branch to reinstall the app.
