I would not recommend it at all.. There is no way of tracking my order. When calling the call Centre for assistance haike not a plan at all ... They are very useless. And that's me being very nice.They transfer you around and when you finally get through to someone the call drops.. After numerous calls and promises my food arrived 3 and a half hours late.. Cold and the extras I order was not added.. Suffice it to say.. I will be deleting the app and not ordering any meals from Debonairs again.

Order Tracking is almost always offline at my nearest store/branch. Drivers get lost and our addresses are registered on any maps and house numbers reflect. Yet the order is late coz new drivers can't navigate. Regular drivers are really good. As for order updates...that's a nightmare as you can get more than a 1&1\2 hours of late order that you can't get updated on.

This is my second time placing an order with this App and collecting from Boulders mall, their pizza is really not tasty and the quality is very poor... I really didn't like it. I ordered from the same App and collected at Acornhoek and WOW I loved their pizza, very juicy and nice. I am disappointed in Boulders Mall.
