Sad that the app fails to open up at a time that I go to pay for my order and that I cant retrieve my points via my paper reciept. I have abandoned the app and have gone old skool with a normal Nando's loyalty card. Whatever next? The card scanner breaking down perhaps? I cant fault the food and service at any Nando's restaurant, but its a bit of let down, when the company behind this loyalty scheme can't seem to get it right, letting down its customers...or is this just co-incidence? Hmmm...

The customer support seems to have fewer options available than if you order from one of the bigger takeaway apps like Deliveroo or Uber Eats. Ordered but mains didn't arrive. The Nando App customer support were unable to fully refund the missing order, whereas through Deliveroo it probably would have been automated.

App is difficult to navigate. Confirmation codes sent 3 times but could not log in. Had to force stop the app and restart for the confirmation code to be accepted. Not convenient when you sit in the restaurant and want to order
