It could have more to it based on what it's used for. It could have links to related websites. The ability to text your case manager or counselor. Those are just a couple things that would be useful. In reference to logging in, lower Case the first three letters of your last name and the last six numbers of your are SAR. The last 6 numbers of your SAR for the password as well. A lot better than calling in and I look forward to improvements!

App is horrible! Tells me I need to check in so many times a day I can't get any work done. Also tells me I need to check in after already checking in but when I go to do it the screen says no check in required. I'm out on bond and the bondsman told me I'm required to use this app but it's nowhere in my court paperwork. They are charging me $50 a month for app but that goes to bondsman. Pretrial told me I shouldn't even be on this. Pretrial stopped using this app cuz it was so bad!

Latest version as of 7/15/25 is getting better. Still can't upload more than one photo at a time, and no support for PDF forms? Also can't see the text box when sending a chat message because it gets covered over by the keyboard and you have to type blindly.
