I work extensively on the National NCD app as a healthcare worker, and I have noticed several issues that need urgent attention. The app crashes frequently, especially when trying to go back after opening a beneficiary’s ID. It forces us to close and reopen the app multiple times, which wastes time and affects productivity. Everytime when I open the app and put pin ,it shows "please wait.......... Request is initiated 10%" and then after nothing happens and at last a pop up appair that show "Application Error An error occurred in the application. Please contact admin team with error code. (Error Code 2094_1)" No any solution for this from your side.

Along with tab Version and mobile version also Make One Software which will be Install on any desktop PC as Windows Application . In that software there Should be facility to work in offline Mode and After that Online Synchronization or updating in Internet Connection can be a process to update in Server. Though many health HWC have computers then no problem. Many employees can arrange laptop PC so no problem. It is a time saving thing .
