zelle still isn't working... ive emailed the bank about the fact that my phone number doesn't receive the verification code and they said they've fixed it but it's still not working for me. although, enrolling through email was successful. i tried sending money to my friend as a test, but I keep getting an error message. I really hope you fix this issue soon. im not sure if the app is ONLY faulty for android users, but the fact that I can't pay or receive money is annoying.

Honestly, one of the worst banking apps out there. It blows my mind how little this app does. It takes forever to verify my accounts (to link my bill pay) and the prompt windows are so small, I have to guess what options 1, 2, or 3 mean (phone call, text, email, but not necessarily in that order). It's a very basic app that needs a lot of work.

So many bugs. Yesterday it wouldn't allow me to transfer money from checking to savings. Today it's not even allowing me to login. I keep getting an error, that my session has expired error code 400016. I close the app and reopen, still get the same error. 🙄. I also hate that when I switch in between apps, the banking app goes completely black. It's annoying when you're trying to add up charges or type in your account/routing number to pay a certain bill. Bring back the old app!!!!!!
