Although the intention of the app is good and work. It has one of the Worst UI and not at all User Friendly at all. It's screen timeout is very low as it closes and reset immediately once the screen goes dim or off. It makes things difficult to use. you shouldn't be trading off ease of use in the name of security! I would suggest you to see some good and established examples like other Authentication apps.

recommend the following updates in the app 1. Switching between apps (e.g., mobile banking) forces password entry again. Please maintain session for a few minutes. 2. Add fingerprint login support to avoid repeated password entry. 3. While approving multiple transactions in the banking app, waiting 30 seconds for each new OTP is inefficient. Please allow manual refresh or reuse of OTP for a short duration.

It's shocking that such a big and powerful bank can have such a bad app for payments. The app looks like it was built 20 years ago. You have to wait a long time for the code to change and when you're making multiple payments it's a complete waste of time. When you refresh it hoping the code changes, the same code appears with the timer starting at the beginning adding to your frustration. I am amazed that this horrible technology hasn't been changed in so long. I wish I could give - stars
