I have the same problem like another person which wrote that he is standing in front of his door and is trying to open it, but nothing happens. Sometimes I'm standing for minutes in front of my door and try to unlock it with the fear that I won't get in. Sometimes I get the message Bluetooth error, but there is no issue with my Bluetooth. It's really annoying. I'm also at the point that I might return it. What use has a keyless lock if the mechanism doesn't work.

Opening the door is really really slow, sometimes lets me stand in front of the door for about 40 to 60 seconds or longer, even had to reboot the device. (Pixel 7 pro). Also get an error on a regular basis. A key is a lot faster and much more trustworthy. Had no issues with my previous iphone 12. Don't recommend getting this if you have a pixel 7 pro (did not test other Android devices so far). Really really really frustrating...... :(

Great for the first day or two, now leaves me standing outside the door and doesn't auto unlock. In the app, the unlock just spins and nothing happens. Suddenly very poor. Similar to another review, using a Pixel 7 Pro... haven't tried with another device. Ideally, would work with a smartwatch as that would be by far the easiest and most useful way to open the door.
