After the update, the new user interface is not customer friendly. Also unable to add new card information. Tried calling the hotline but was brushed off and told to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app until it works. Staff refused to take down the error code and escalate the issue claiming that they could only do so if the error was replicated after the app was u installed and reinstalled after a few hours. Utterly shameful managment.

1. When filing a claim, under Other details (Optional/199 characters), I could not see the text box or my text as I was keying in the details. Doesn't the app developer test out all the features before rolling them out? 2. It took quite a while to find the redemption option for Simply Go evoucher (from Healthy365). App could be more user-friendly in this respect.

Curious Squid
I have a NEW concession card and they still won't let me renew through the app. I'm sure the excuse is I haven't changed it to simplyGO then WHY WASN'T THIS TOLD TO ME WHEN I WAS AT THE COUNTER PAYING $8.10 FOR A NEW CARD?!????!! I had to travel to a simplygo counter to do it too. the app is useless to me so I am rating it as a sub par service. wasting my data and time.
