The apps purpose and interface are very good. only problem is it shuts off or goes inactive constantly and I have to launch it manually to reactivate (battery and background permissions are set as instructed). This defeats the purpose of the app. Motorola volume buttons are placed right where you put your fingers to pick up your phone. you end up offing your volume without realizing it then miss calls and everyone calling you is upset you didn't answer.

Installed after having crazy issues with my volume just shutting itself down. It was due to keeping my phone in my pocket while working outdoors, high humidity and lots of sweat. I installed Volume Lock and I literally could see my volume indicator fighting to shut down. Volume Lock stopped it !! I've had the app for over a year now. It works 100%, never fails. I set the lock control where I want it and there's never a problem. Great thing is it also has controls for other areas like your alarm.

My phone has been dropping the volume randomly since I got it. I tried every fix available to no avail. I'd turn it back up just for it to drop again. I came across this app by chance and let me tell you it's been a LIFESAVER!! It does everything you want and more. My volume stays where I want and you can customize.
