So far the app is pretty easy to use. Pros: it gives a variety of workouts and keeps things interesting. It also shows demonstrations of how to do what its talking about (although some, like kneeling woodchuck, don't tell you to switch sides). Cons: it doesnt allow you to swap exercises like some of the other apps. Today it wanted me to do bent over rows but I hurt my back yesterday and there's no option to sub it out. It also doesn't remember when you tell it that a weight is too light.

This would be a good app if you had the ability to switch out and adjust exercises when needed. If you are someone like me who works better with a direct plan and can sub exercises, or skip and go back when equipment is being used by someone else without losing focus or time then this app is not for you. Hopefully they add that function soon, until then pretty disappointing not worth the money. I got caught up with the hype and the A.I gimmick.

Periodically, some exercises do not play and freeze. Have tried exiting app, doesn't work. No back button function for previous exercise. Option to play and end workout are not enough. Need preview of next exercise. Black equipment behind in the model prevents visual of proper form and technique. Some rest periods are too long. Option for personalization doesn't work and skips to next workout. Have not received tailored nutrition guidance as advertised. This app needs improvements.
