user experience is so bad. couldn't set my delivery address without having location on, and I didn't want it delivered to my home. ordered cat food, item in cart had photo of cat food but description was for dog food, so I had no idea what I would receive, thank goodness it was cat food. couldn't set expiry date for my credit card so had to use Snapscan for payment.

I was sceptical using this app at first but the savings they offer are too good to pass up. So I installed it, placed an order, and have been impressed with their service from day one. They're also the only place that sells the 20kg Karoo Single Grain dog food. Also, the delivery man is very friendly and courteous. 10/10 recommend.

It felt like a bit of a risk trying the app for the first time but it was worth it. It was very easy to place an order and it was delivered the next day as they said they would. The person delivering called to let me know they were on their way and also called to let me know it had been successfully delivered (I wasn't there at time of delivery). The initial appeal of the app was from their promos/discounts which was awesome. The tracking feature is also great as you know when they will arrive.
