there is a button in the app to check if the phone is compatible. I turned on NFC and there was an error with "not eligible" at the bottom, although no clue as to who is "eligible". Uninstalled the app. Waste of time. The FAQ is also all in french which is not that helpful. Would be nice to know who is "eligible" rather than just "not eligible" without any explanation. Apps from other cities which offer mobile tickets are much much better than this and I've never had any problem with them.

Avoid if possible. Doesn't save time nor money. No longer validates my tickets. The error, in french, asks me to open my app, while I'm staring at the app screen. This started on the 9th of February after updating the app, which I had to do to use it. I still have prepaid tickets on the app! This isn't the first time this app has bugged. Have restarted phone, cleared the cache, reinstalled the app. Checked for updates. No luck. I've been late for work and had to pay for additional tickets.

The app glitches a lot. Like this morning it is not working and there is nowhere you can go for an information update to tell you if they are even aware of thr issue. There is also often a glitch when boarding the transport. It declines your online ticket one day I stood there retrying so many times that the driver just let me go for free. I think I might buy cards instead.

Opening My Tickets no longer invalidates active Immediate Departure tickets.
