Useless app! My entire neighborhood is down (all Openserve clients) and when I run a test on this app, it tells me all is good and the problem must be at my ISP...

The app does not work at all. It is a waste of time and space on my device

This app is completely useless. It worked for a while, but now when I try to sign in i just bounces me back to the sign in page. I contacted Openserve and was told that they couldn't help me unless I could tell them my order number. Unfortunately the only place I had the order number was in the app. The order was placed directly with an Openserve rep who came to my house, they say there is nothing they can do! Openserve is an utterly useless organization!
