March 8, 2017 Greetings! I am a customer that used to use your company’s services regularly. This past January 2017, I had a problem while I was making a reservation for a trip using your app. The issue also involved one of your drivers. I had made a reservation using your app for a trip which I was planning to take the next day. While I was checking the app a few minutes before the taxi arrived, I noticed that my reservation was no longer present. Apparently, I had put in for a car the day before and the reservation had disappeared. I then decided to make a second reservation using your app and got a fast response from one of your drivers. However, the driver was unable to locate me in spite of having the meeting point that had been provided by the GPS. The driver then called me to know exactly where I was located. I gave him a reference point so it could be easy for him to pick me up, but it was impossible. Your driver could not determine my location and I lost forty-five minutes of my precious time. Additionally, I did not make it to the meeting that I had planned that day because I entrusted the services of your company. Please, allow me to offer you several recommendations! The company had better improve its mobile app and fix the bugs that make disappointed clients like me regret requesting your services. Human resources should offer their drivers using GPS more on-the-job training, because they obviously do not know how to use it and meet the customer’s expectations. The company ought to have more qualified staff to do the job that it is supposed to carry out with each paying client. Finally, your company had better assign a second driver to an order in case the first one cannot make it at all. Lastly, I would like to continue availing myself of your services. However, I believe that I will continue to use other car services until your company’s quality improves. Thank you for your time in this matter! Sincerely, Gramel Cedeno

Muy decepcionada del servicio de esta compañía, deben mejorar los dispachers. Las informaciones al cliente deben ser mejores y más rápidamente hacen perder tiempo al cliente que usa un taxi para precisamente resolver moverse rápido y sin stress. Que pena pero no pienso usarlos más.
