Ratings and reviews

It is pretty straightforward and helpful when you have to log in and get your insurance stuff done. All the info you need is right there. Pretty convenient. Though they should have more in depth info about the past due stuff that is nearing delinquency. I was super late on paying for insurance due to unemployment but I had to call in to find out how much I owed. Which is piece of info I could not find anywhere on the app. Otherwise, a good app to have.

The app doesn't always open when I log in. Sometimes it pops up with a box that says "Oops! Something went wrong." What if I was in an emergency situation? AAA has been around for zillions of years. Surely they have the money to afford an app that works, if they want their members to use it. Seems thimw app is their preferred way of communicating with their members!

Beware if you're enrolled in auto pay. They take it out 7 days prior to the date the app says it's scheduled for, potentially causing overdraft fees for this charge and others you may have scheduled. When you call to complain about it, they throw it in your face that it's in the fine print on the terms you agree to when you enroll. If anyone knows of another company that offers the same services, let me know so I can jump ship when my membership term is over.
