Horrible app. It always logs me out. I can't sign back in with the Google account on mobile or Windows. The service is bad. Transferring calls has a harsh loud beep that hurts your ears. It used to integrate with our CRM and show contact details for some reason their goal is to make the app worse with every update, remove essential functions, and refuse to fix issues. Don't purchase this if you need something reliable. I want my company to use a different reliable provider.

I have android, and sometimes, it works perfectly. I wish it could have a pop-up letting you know that another call is ringing while you are on a call at the moment. Wish it had different options of ringing tone and set up the volume. Just a couple of times, it won't ring and shows like missed calls, and I had the phone with me. Love that it gives caller Id's number. I hope some day it will show the name also to make my job easier. Other than that, it's OK for me

Since Android 14 and Samsung One UI 6.0, as of the most recent update of AirCall, I can't leave the app while on a phone call, or the other person can't hear me anymore. I'm having significant issues working because I often have to use multiple apps at once while on the phone for work on the go. Now, I'm losing deals because of the technical glitches.
