This app is horribly designed. It's nearly impossible to find the page where you enter a new bank account. When you finally do find it, the app does not allow you to change banks. When you enter the information for your new bank, it tells you that you entered it incorrectly, and to check the highlighted fields... BUT NO FIELDS ARE HIGHLIGHTED. The Virtual Assistant, Lisa, has NEVER actually answered a question I have asked her. I wish my employer would quit using Alight.

Not Impressed Some apps encounter issues along the way, and some apps fail by design. I believe this app is the latter. I have confirmed my credentials work in the browser of any device, but this app refuses to get with the program...or maybe it was designed to encourage people to visit the site from a desktop only?🤔 This app should be removed from the PlayStore until the developer reviews the previous comments and addresses them. UPDATE: still horrible, new job and the problems still exist.

Terrible. I've tried three different ways of confirming my identity and they all fail. Logging in and doing a task on PC only to have the two-step verification fail over and over is frustrating. Neither push notifications to the app or texts to my phone work despite them being correct on my profile. It's not taking my security answers either...
