i genuinely don't understand how one of the world's largest airlines can have an app that doesn't function at all. I can't log in due to "connection" issues - it's not me lol, i was able to add both of my flights weeks ago but now they're not there, i was able to add one back but the other can't be found despite being added to my account in browser. this is genuinely embarrassing and honestly affects who i want to book through in this age of mobile boarding passes.

I've tried checking in several times with zero success. Thought the point was convenience and avoiding line at airport ... wrong!! I've followed the instructions by entering my last name and confirm #, click "continue" and nothing happens. Deleting app as all it is doing is taking up space.

I don't know that I've ever reviewed an app before, but this one is so terrible. I felt the need to. It insists you set up two-factor authentication, and then nine times out of 10 I get stuck in an endless login loop. the times it does let me log in, none of my upcoming flights show up. The only way to get those flights to show up is to log in with the confirmation number instead of my password, which means I have to go find the confirmation number every time. Just really bad.
