I've been charged for this app twice in one day and can't get anyone to get rid of one of the charges. I keep trying to use it but it comes to a frozen page, you can't read it all, can't go anywhere. I'm willing to pay for one, but why two? it's $30 each! Very disappointed in the Playstore and developer. it installed itself twice. I didn't do it and nobody else has access. why can't they do something besides sending me constant notifications?

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. I don't think I have ever done a review for an app, but I absolutely had to for this one. I previously was subscribed to monthly 15$ payments for the premium. I had it for awhile. I then I stopped because it was getting quite expensive. I then go back on to check it out . The price of the monthly membership went to $22!! Not only that but I can't search ANYthing unless I pay. Before, you could at least see SOME things. Now this new update has completely blocked everything

Do not subscribe. In order to cancel an automatic bill from Been Verified, you must call an automated number and participate in a 6-step process, complete with sales pitch to keep.you as a customer. Why? If the process is automated, why not incorporate it into your app? Why not a single step process? Here's why: Been Verified makes it as complicated as possible for you to cancel so they can keep the money flowing to them. Slimy business practices. Do not subscribe.
