It's ok, but needs improvements. I've successfully placed an order for pickup and picked it up as well as used Express pay. with express pay, I had to enter my payment information multiple times, even though I said to save it. coupons NEED to be EXPLICITLY clear in their terms (min. $ spent required, not just ANY which is false). I need to be able to see if I qualified for the 50 cents off gas reward and when it will expire. it shows nowhere. There are positives, but needs LOTS of improvements.

I had a five star review, but due to the inability to detect my location and weird slowness, dropping to "functional with issues". I don't like that it can't reconcile that I'm using BJs wifi, yet argues that I'm not in the store. While I still appreciate the coupons, quick checkout, and delivery to my car, they need to get back. Also the searches might be a bit better, but there are or were lots of unrelated results. For location, take our word on the first try, even if location is off.

you've grown from an app that was growing and pretty good to one that is worthless for scan & go. the last several months over half the time it "requires you to be in a BJ'S", whether I'm where it used to work or even standing by the registers! In the past month alone, I've just put back my stuff 5 times, went elsewhere to buy the products. Spending 5 to 10 minutes trying to find a place that'll work is NOT worth my time, and I've used it so I don't have to wait in line!
