It would be better if it didn't work at all. Super glitchy. Clicking buttons bring you to items you didn't click. Took 10 min to get my order in my bag and then at check out half of it disappeared after it was all in my bag. Found out when I picked it up (they brought it out 10 min after the quoted time) that half my order didn't go thru. More than completely worthless. The worst online ordering experience I have ever had.

Unbelievable amount of clicks for an app in which I literally just want to order a burger and maybe a milk shake. Forcing you to sign up for rewards and the amount of questions was overbearing. Guess what, the only thing I care about is that the app remember the one store that's near where I live (which it doesn't do, the favorite feature doesn't work), and that I can save time by ordering ahead. Instead, it takes longer than just placing an order at the store.

Multiple issues- 1. Unable to find the option to order from the table on any of my recent visits. 2. Have scanned my QR code at the register on several visits, was told they scanned it, and then never get the transaction in my reward history. On the good side, it's nice to be able to customize the order so that I get what I actually want instead of what they mis-key at the register.
