It would be better if it didn't work at all. Super glitchy. Clicking buttons bring you to items you didn't click. Took 10 min to get my order in my bag and then at check out half of it disappeared after it was all in my bag. Found out when I picked it up (they brought it out 10 min after the quoted time) that half my order didn't go thru. More than completely worthless. The worst online ordering experience I have ever had.

I'm sorry, I try to never leave bad reviews but I have to do it for this app. I tried to place an order, after entering the card details I got a blank page, no confirmation, no error, nothing. I tried again, same thing. I am now wondering if my card was actually charged, maybe even twice, I am afraid to try again and keep wasting money. This has to be fixed! Update: it seems the blank screen happens when there is an error with the card details, like card expired or CVV incorrect.

Can you find a way to enter a table number on the app when dining in? Your app's only useful for drive thru and pickup. To order at the table we still have to scan the table number. Easy enough and we still get points, but its impossible to order the flavor of the day or use birthday offers. We can do those things in the app. But then you have to go stand up front like a moron, with everyone asking if we're in line, and all the while we cant continue to socialize with everyone still at the table
