I got the app to get my credit score back up & use Experian boost. When it's not automatically logging me out, the navigation panel at the bottom just isn't there until I go thru a few links. If I try to connect a bank, the page reloads or gives a popup survey instead of proceeding. The obscure feedback form disappears when trying to select a reason for contact. The nearly impossible-to-reach customer service says they'll call back in a week. They didn't. Character limit too short for full expl-

Every month I am bombarded with emails, text and app notifications claiming my credit score has changed or your credit report has positive changes when there is absolutely no change to my credit score. Their constant fishing for engagement is annoying. Not to mention the 3+ emails a day telling me of credit card offers and suggestions on how to reduce my debt when i have little to no debt. The only positive about this app is the ability to freeze my credit with ease and that's it.

Credit scoring is great. But app keeps asking me to verify my address, saying it doesn't match my address with my bank. It does match, and I have checked but even when I enter my address I keep getting an error message. Customer service was also no help when I tried a couple of months ago. Also, my bank account keeps getting disconnected and I've reconnected it maybe twice in the last couple of months. I'm fed up with all of it right now so I just downgraded my membership to the free service.
