I used to love this app. I didn't care so much that the sales really had to be browsed for. I got some killer deals. I had to switch my phone while an order was being processed. Went to check up, and none of my generic passwords work. Reset and no matter how many times I hit the link, no email. I know this is the right email because I tried my old email easier. It's also where my updates go.

I ordered a piece of clothing and paid extra for faster shipping. After some time, Gap’s automated messaging system emailed me, stating that the shipping carrier picking up my package had been delayed. It has now been almost a month since I placed my order, and I have not received it. I also tried texting back to ask about my package, but I never received a response back. I am hoping to receive both a reply and a refund.

Won't even let me check out. I kept getting error messages when I click on check out. My free shipping benefit as an icon member is also not being recognized. I don't have to spend $50 to get free shipping on the website. Lastly, it only gives me Gap order info and none on my Banana orders. It's better to just keep using the website. The app is useless.
