Ratings and reviews

Well shucks, the app doesn't work. Trying to enter a credit card under "add payment method" and keep getting the error "Well shucks, we're having trouble reaching Clover in the network". Network, both cell and Wi-Fi, is working fine for everything else. Can't order without a payment method, so the app is worse than useless, as it wasted 15min of my time.

Horrible! When the new app replaced the previous version, they erased all of my credits! Over 100 credits disappeared. Then, I attempted to add a few new ones manually from receipts, and after I successfully entered them, they were erased, too. I'm very frustrated and disappointed. This is ruining my great relationship with my favorite restaurant.

New update requires an age verification, but the input does not let you manually type your birthday. I had to scroll month by month from today's date to my birthday. Thats roughly 30 years times 12 months a year. 360 clicks. Terrible UI. edit: the developers did respond but I can assure them that clicking the year did not allow for the selection of the year.
