Very disorganized. No one returns calls. I have my payments set for auto pay and it doesn't work. I've reached out multiple times to have this issue fixed with no results. I also joined Ocho to help build my credit with on-time payments and there's no history of this either. The only good thing about this insurance is that you are able to pay bi-weekly.

I was initially given 2 quotes then when I tried to accept 1 and pay for it, I was told they were checking prices again and made to wait for over an hour just to be told the couldn't process my application because the insurance rates were too high for them to finance. meanwhile I'm literally sitting at the dealership waiting on this insurance to be able to drive my new car home.

why is it so hard to change information on this app.... and why do you never delete card information?? I'm so confused on why it would be this difficult to update a phone number and get an old payment method deleted.
