The absolute worst!! 3 weeks into treatment issues started. i was unable to refill my medication on time, it took over a week to "resolve" the problem. The app itself does NOT work. I ended up having to cancel because my check-in was not loading and I didn't want to go through the same thing again of fighting to get medication. The only part of this that doesn't glitch out or have issues is the monthly billing. Do NOT use this app!!!

this app is ok. I've been using the Hers scale to track my weight but it's extremely inaccurate. Without moving the scale, I will gain or lose 10 pounds just be stepping off then stepping on again. I can't delete any of the weights either. It would be nice if the app connected to other scales that are more accurate

Worked okay until recently. The app has always been a little glitchy, sometimes closing unexpectedly or not letting me log in - but as of a few days ago it won't let me log in at all. I tried clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, all the usual fixes, but nothing is working. What's worse, is that the website has no interface to log in daily weight, protein, water, etc., in lieu of using the app. So disappointing and frustrating.
