Last year my account got hacked and all my reservations were canceled and now this year my reservation was canceled as well. but they will only rebook at a higher cost. My new assumption is they are intentionally canceling in order to jack up the prices and get you to rebook for more money. Long time loyal member who has spent tens of thousands through the app. Will now be taking my business elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

Don't be deceived in any offers from this app. It will wrecked the value of your rewards accumulated in the past. I bought in to the offer of buying 100k points and to my surprise the value of the previous points that was equal to 10 or 12 nights stay went down to 1 or 2 nights stay. It is not refundable and the customer service can do nothing about it. It is a scam.

Terrible. Once you pay the higher rate for a refundable rate, the app makes sure that "modify reservation" is "not available". They force you to call and sit on hold for 30 minutes to listen to their ads before allowing you to make a change. Digital check-in stops working 24hrs from the day of arrival. Their goal is to make it as inconvenient as possible to modify travel plans while making you pay a higher rate to think you can. Returning to Hilton Honors.
