the app is okay, I wish it would update the forms of payment it accepted so I don't have to put a card in every time I want to place an order, and I don't want to save my card information to the app. always getting emails from Jack's talking about the deals they have but when I log into my app it always says "no deals at this time" fixing to uninstall it because even when I do have points I can use, I get emails saying that the ones I earned in the last 6 months are about to expire.

I love the food. I do have a problem with the app. The app claims you can scan 2 receipts every three hours. the problem I have is the 3 hours is more like 24 hours. I eat here sometimes three times a day because it is so close to work. When I get a milkshake after I'm goodnwith the second receipt but come dinner time it does not let me scan those receipts.

I like the app, but it should show prices on the pages where you can see the full list of meal types (like the burgers list, or the chicken list). Having to open each on individually to see prices makes me not even want to eat at McDonald's. And the nutritional info isn't accessable, this also makes me want to eat elsewhere. Other than that I like the app is convenient, it just needs those changes for me to keep eating at Jack's.
