Ratings and reviews

When viewing pics the actual item is only pictured once. The others are different patterns. I'd like to see multiple angles of what I'm wanting, not other item views. Also, I cannot zoom in anymore. Dark items are hard to see detail & w/o the zoom feature... Don't hit back unless you want to go to the home page or the previous search. I've accidentally hit back from an image or review and it takes me out of the product entirely. In store it's nice to be able to scan items & ship to home.

Very helpful when in store to find another size, color, or style (if not available at your location) at another nearby store. Or....shipping is free when using the app in store to order online. All you have to do is scan the tag of the item you're interested in. Can also do an in-store pick-up if you prefer. I also like the wallet feature. No more leaving coupons or Kohl's cash at home!

I've been having so many issues with this app lately. Last time I used the app, it wouldn't allow me to place my order, and I lost out on sale prices because of it. Most recently, I spent a couple of hours shopping on the app and picking out exactly what I needed. Before placing my order, I stepped away from my phone for about 30 minutes to cook dinner. When I returned to my phone to place my order, the app cleared out my entire cart (current and saved items) that I spent all that time on. ARGH!
