What an absolute pile of garbage. You literally cannot get past the registration point You put in your information click register then it makes you go through email confirmation and then you try to login and it just endlessly says technical error. Jesus I thought Germans were better at this. I will literally spend more money to fly on a different airline.

Bugs, your session expires, logs you out and if you change your password, just keeps coming up with an error even though the website itself will log you in. unable to select seats on the app with long haul flights, also just having to pay to select your seat in the first place is a silly thing unless its for an upgrade. I have several airline apps, this one is poor. Singapore Airlines and Ryanair are pretty intuitive, this one, definitely not. some good features but not reliable enough for user

I'm glad I don't have to regularly use this. Information is slow to load and update. I purchased upgrades and it failed to complete twice, but still charged my card each time. A month later and I purchase an upgrade for my return flight -- how shocking, fails again, but still charges my card. It shouldn't be this hard to make a Web UI talk to z/TPF. This app is incredibly frustrating and totally disappointing. I expect better from European companies.
