5G is not helpful for most consumers but is a huge battery drain, among other trade-offs. please give us a way to unsub from your endless switch to 5G reminder

HI D TJH. You can unsubscribe 5Go Access through the My M1+ app: 1. Go to the Home tab. 2. Select View Plan. 3. Tap 5Go Access under "Your active add-ons". 4. Unsubscribe. just migrated from changi mobile. trying to figure out the app. where do i add payment card after i tapped into 'payment portal'? It's nothing but a blank, empty page.

Unable to change from $12 plan to $10 after upgraded. Same for my brother after changing. Please fix as this is against consumer rights!
