Ratings and reviews

The app constantly freezes, and the notifications rarely work. If you turn your rules off, you will not start getting notifications when you turn them back on. Motion detection isn't very great either. There are plenty of instances where I know my pet or myself should have set off the motion sensor and it doesn't. Really a "get what you pay for" kind of thing as they are one of the cheapest cameras available. Live feed was the only thing that reliably worked and now it doesn't even work either.

The app works pretty well, but it won't work with Alexa Edit/Update: The layout and the way the app functions is great, but for some reason none of the bulbs that are supposed to work through this app do not stay connected to anything. I finally got it to connect to Alexa, but nothing works. I have 4 for this app I constantly have to reset and reconnect. I have one that connects to Geeni and it always works.

This app is hot garbage. Intermittent to nonexistent connectivity. With the camera and my phone sitting next to the wifi router, constant messages that state 'live view unavailable'. Absolutely under no circumstances should you pay for the sub, and honestly, save yourself the time and shell out a few more bucks for a camera with a better app if being able to see what your camera sees matters to you at all.
