This is an updated review of the app . in my original review, I gave it 1 star for missing check tabs, and because of that, check out can't be completed.Samsung was quick to respond with a solution to the problem that is really appreciated but It didn't solve the issue with the app. What was wrong is that the screen Zoom was turned on and caused the app not to display all the check out page elements correctly. Turning screen zoom off fixed the problem.

Advertising great deals. Go through the whole process, selecting phone, trade-in, carrier plan, etc. Has been erroring out for days on the final checkout. Erases all data input and goes back to full price. Literally can not use the app. Cleared cache like you said. Now all of the options like trading in etc that give you the discount say they are not available when you get to the cart and it goes to full price. So still does not work like advertised

The Samsung app has been a constant source of frustration for me, particularly when it comes to using it with my Samsung S24 Ultra phone. The app frequently causes my phone to crash, making it incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. As a result, I have resorted to ordering my items through a web browser rather than using the Samsung app. This is a disappointing experience, as it defeats the purpose of having a dedicated app in the first place.
