Why can't a government funded company manage to create a simple messaging app that's at least as good as the WORST privately funded app. It crashes often, sometimes deletng complete messages. There's no "sent date", but the worst is that I often can't see ANY text below the keyboard when it's up, so can't see what I'm typing! And why can't the app stay open or at least logged in, when I have to pick up a call or use another app for a few minutes? Argghhh! Terrible app.

I've been trying to get video visit set up and did everything I needed to do and it never completes the process. it says error. if I switch credit cards it reads error. customer service is a joke. They either are hard to understand because of a language barrier and push you off onto someone else. this app is a joke and a waste. my husband is 99% of the time receiving my messages and pictures days to a week later. it's rediculious.

This app let's you write ur incarcerated loved one and send pictures. Each message you send gives 20,000 characters. I can't never use them all but it's a great app. Each pic cost 1 stamp and 1 stamp for the message. So sending 3 pics will cost 4 stamps. Don't have any idea about the "advanced connect" feature. I've added $50 and none of her calls use that feature. so don't add money to that. One complaint,it doesn't automatically capitalize on a new sentence or wen I is used. Can't stand that
