The convenience is great. But ever since the implementation of BUDI95, payment has been confusing as hell. I only allocate a certain amount for refuelling every month. But over the last two months, I've not been able to refuel to a full tank no matter what. The app always informs me that the amount in my account is never enough, but upon completion, the amount deducted from the account is way less than was initially informed.

App is easy to use. Fuelling up is fast directly at the fuel kiosk without the need to queue at the counter and it's very convenient. All the transactions are automatically updated in the app including many other useful features which is of a great help for the users. Personally highly recommended as a convenient, easy and fast mode of fuelling. But unluckily its applications is strictly for Petronas fuel only. Could be better if applicable to multi fuel stations all over Malaysia.

good for convenience, IF it works correctly. Quite a few times when you top up your balance successful as per mesages from the bank to fill up the tank, Setel would still prompts to you top up the same amount the bank had already confirmed successful. You end up topping up the same amount twice.
