It's not accurate to say you have a choice of exercises. Unless you pay, you get one exercise, whether it's one you like or not. The exercises are nice, but this app has nothing BUT its 11 exercises, and charges as much as apps with a whole library of meditations and tools. It's enjoyable to use but they are asking a ridiculous price for so little content compared to the competitors.

Please do also check out the Explore page, which has long-term anxiety content, and the Insights page, which tracks and logs your progress in the app. The free exercise also changes every day, so you can try them all if you like. They say the free version has several exercises, but when I entered my mood info, a message said, 'you aren't having negative thoughts so try one of our many activities.' But ALL activities were locked. And ALL 'Guides' were locked. There were no exercises for me to use. How can I decide to go Premium if I can't try anything in the free version first? I don't like giving low ratings before contacting the developer first - but I could not find any contact info anywhere - another pet peeve.

Most activities and guides are currently accessible only with Premium, but thanks to your feedback we’ll also be unlocking two more Explore page activities in the next update. It is fantastic. I've been using it since 3 days and I feel it can make my day start so much better. The lessons are incredibly useful and gentle, and the exercises as well. I plan to keep using it and I very much recommend it. Are you ever going to translate it in Italian? I would like to recommend it to some of my family. Keep up the amazing work! EDIT: When I want to look for an activity with different topics, I change the filters but it doesn't show me different activities.
