Get started and earn 100 points before you complete your first official survey!
1. Download our app and create an account (+25 points)
Signing up is simple. Just provide some basic information such as your name, email, zip code, and date of birth.
2. Confirm your email address (+25 points)
After signing up, check your inbox and confirm your email address.
3. Complete your profile (+50 points)
When you log in, you’ll see a profile questionnaire. Fill this out to increase our app’s survey-matching accuracy.
4. Check daily survey matches
Surveys appear on your feed and in your preferred notifications. Each survey includes a point value and estimated completion time.
5. Take surveys

Ratings and reviews

when the surveys work they're great. too many times I spend 20 minutes on the survey for a measly 20 points and when I get to the end and it says 100%, I click submit and I get booted out. no points. customer service is not helpful - this last time I had five different people supposedly who were going to give me my points and help me but not a single one did. It's really annoying to spend so much time on something to get booted. no point in taking a screenshot of every single screen.

I enabled tracking permission, and never got points for it. The activity section lists all activities and points earned from each of them, which should add up to way over 400 points, but as of right now, I only have 333. There's no excuse for poor arithmetic in the digital age, cuz it's not hard to count points. And don't ask me to email your team, just fix your broken app, and I'll fix my review to something better than two stars.

I would give it 5 stars but my account has been frozen for over a year basically all because of a ID verification "issue" and I've been sending emails about it everyday up to 3 times a day and have gotten ZERO response from anyone!! I got a good bit of funds in my account just sitting there that I can't do anything with and there have been a handful of times where I could have really used the money that is in there, and I can't even do anymore surveys until the issue is fixed.
