All I want is an app to quickly order then go pick up. After placing your order a banner briefly pops up to pay, but before you have time to think it over, it disappears, leaving you no apparent way to pay for the order. Going to "Pay" on the app only says you have no gift card, and still leaves no option to pay. (?) Update: Apparently, restarting the app resolves the issue. Whatever. It appears that each time you place an order you will then have to restart the app to pay.

The thing i use this app for most is scanning my reward card. I just had to stand waiting on it for a full minute because, even though I could see most of the barcode, they chose to put the loading icon right through the middle. This means, I cannot use the main function of this app until all of the background and other services I don't care about load. Just move the loading logo, please.

I feel like I constantly go in circles trying to find obvious needs in this app. Why are my orders buried? And when I order pick up, it says click on "check-in" when you arrive. Where is check-in?? I place an order 45 mins before i need it, so the app resets itself and its impossible to find that order much less a check-in button. The email doesnt send me to a check-in button either. And why can't I add individual items to my favorites, why does it add the whole order? This app frustrates me.
