It works well, fairly easy to install software, just have to give registration some time before being able to push sign up button. I'm having issues of not being able to have cam recognize sd card. Others have noted that they can't retrieve notification videos, I have the same issue. Otherwise it's pretty good, can stream,take pictures, and save video to my phone.

Chinese psychological warfare!! This app will work great for a week maybe even a few months without any issue and then one day you have to reboot and it is absolute garbage. It won't load or it shuts down 2 mins later or it just freezes. If you bought this for security, forget it! I've had this system a few years now and used it on multiple platforms and devices and always the same results. I have concluded the CCP developed this as a weapon hoping the user will kill him/herself.

Live feed works most of the time but if you try to playback any recording older than 10minutes ago it will "NEVER" load! You can't even open the video files with any other program online. Ive tried for over a year to open video playback and for hours of waiting it just says "is buffering, please later". Also the app will never close and keeps running in the background killing your battery, even if you "force stop" it. The cams randomly restart, for no reason, and then go offline for days!
