Ratings and reviews

Saving is easy! App is not great. when I try to withdraw and I type in the numbers it leaves digits off that I can't see. when I go to save goal, I can't complete it anymore because the confirmation is below the screen and I can't scroll so I can't save any more new goals. the app used to be very easy to use and then since it switched companies it's been pretty bad. might have to think about a new one.

Great to start some sinking funds. I've used it for years and have enjoyed the "Set and Save" format. Going to start moving some bigger goals to an HYSA because I got locked out of my account today and it took all day and two calls to customer support to get them to send me a working password reset link - doesn't scream "We can be trusted with large amounts of your money" to me. On one of the calls, they said it was because my bank had been disconnected, which makes no sense.

App wants me to verify my email, but when I click the button it says something went wrong. Tried to get assistance but your support doesn't read or look at screenshots and told me to click the button to verify my email after being told in 3 separate emails that it doesn't work. Now I have to constantly log in and can't verify my email. Please fix your app, the issue is in your end not the client. One star stays up until then.
