Ratings and reviews

Upon creating an account, had trouble with ID verification. Took a lot of retries, still no luck. Got disappointed instead. Perhaps it's due to their app's auto capture. I hope they'll fix this issue as well as allow digital/online National IDs (in case they don't. make it easier to verify as most still haven't received their physical IDs). Please listen to users of your app / bank if you want them to have smoother experience. Improvements. Resolve issues/errors, & might give it another chance.

Had the worst experience of being passed on from one representative to another. My online account got locked out due to an incorrect password even after trying to recover the password via phone text. When my account got locked out I was also not able and still not able to withdraw my money using the card. Called and emailed multiple times but was told that it's unlocked and I just have to install uninstall the app. I'm still having the same issue. No escalation team "Specialized slow team"

Well, the making of the card is very easy, but opening this app is very difficult. I have the same issue as one of the users here that he also can not open the app stating (not secure data may be at risk). I have also checked that my phone is compatible. Im very disappointed because i am really excited about using the card for my savings.

Improvements:
When opening a bank account using an ePhilID, the app will now capture 3 photos of the ID document (front, back, and now QR) for a more seamless onboarding process.
An important fix applied for select Android devices that trigger a pop-up with an “unsafe environment” warning that prevents the app to launch properly.
