Ticket to Earth was fun and had a very engaging story. It's a game developed with love, and it shines. That said, I have to be honest and admit that, as a game, it is not well designed. The balance is in general very poor: skills are either OP and useless, levels are at first very difficult and too easy by the end, etc. There are some grindy mechanics, having to repeat levels just to collect resources, etc. But, as I said, all in all I liked it a lot, and would recommend playing it!

Great game. I actually finished the whole thing, and after weighing it in, I'd say this is 4* because of three things: game is bit too easy, music just repeats itself ad-nauseum (probably about 5 or so BGM for the whole game; reused and recycled), and there's no end-game after the credits roll. You can replay past missions to get tokens, but there's no sense in doing those if there's no more new content after finishing the game. Other than these three things, everything else is sublime!

I don't rate games often, but this game has been a pleasant surprise! I've been playing for about a week now. I love the grid, turn base game play that incorporates an almost puzzle like aspect. The upgrades and leveling up has kept me very engaged, wanting to progress my characters and story line. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! (It did crash on me one time, but I simply uninstalled then reinstalled and it worked fine, Google saved my place in the game)
