This app is awesome and easy to use. Customer service was excellent. They answered my phone call quickly and assisted me with changing my tickets time as I had something pop up and wasn't able to attend the original time.

I bought a ticket they offered for a movie in Manchester to find out post-purchase that no Vue cinemas were showing that film. $16 down the drain $10 voucher didn't work. Nightmare to find the t's and c's to see why. Customer service proposed they couldn't see the ticket in my account, then closed the conversation, which followed by sending me an email that they couldn't refund my ticket. A very unhonest experience

Very poor user interface. I bought tickets without knowing there was a different price per category, because the category requirement was not displayed. They were unable to change my ticket to the right category even when providing a screenshort showing the clear issue on their app. Get better developers! Next step: uninstall
