HORRENDOUS! DO NOT USE! I've initiated a crypto withdrawal 2 months ago, the transaction is still "PROCESSING" ! Customer service is beyond USELESS, I've been through more than 10 attempts. They close the conversations on me randomly, they reply with repetitive copy-pasted messages and after weeks of trials they decide to suddenly authenticate me wich took 4 days as they wouldn't tell me why the numbers from my registered ID wouldn't match. I'm still on a "we're working on it" status.

4 separate time I've tried buying crypto, but there's always a "technical error". This is the only app that does it. Pointless to try and trade anything on this app currently. Edit: there is no point. I know where it's going. "It's not our fault". Only app moving at a snails pace. CB is working fine.

Go to ethereum or any popular-ish coin, view the live trades and stare at them for a bit. You'll notice the exact same transactions are being displayed on a loop. This app is as scammy and deceptive as it gets, trading fees are insane too. You'll also notice that somehow the amount you sell for is lower than previously displayed and the amount you buy for is always higher (excluding the fees). Use a different app yall 🙏
