Very good app. I would recommend it to everyone. It has low charges compared to other apps WHOM THEY OFFER THE SAME SERVICES. With it, you can send money ANYWHERE, Any time of the day, so quick, fast and secure I would rate it 20Star. BUT I WOULD LIKE YOU TO ADD MORE features On Security, features like SENDING OTP Password to the user's Registered Phone Numbers(Not to email), so as to Confirm weather the user is the one with the Device.

My experience with the Remitly app was extremely poor and unprofessional. I carefully entered all the recipient’s details, successfully added them, and proceeded with the transfer. However, I was later told that the information was incomplete, even though I double-checked it multiple times and everything was correct. When I contacted customer support, the situation became even worse. They informed me that they could not process the transfer to the recipient’s account due to an internal issue on.

After the biometric authentication prompt the app gets stuck on the logo screen and never opens. Every time I want to transfer money I have to go to Settings and clear the app data and log in again before it works. If I don't clear the data the app just stays stuck on the logo screen. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Please fix this issue as soon as possible
