My pending gold trading order was set at 4353, but the order was executed at 4351.16, before the market reached my specified entry rate. Furthermore, I clearly set my stop loss at 4348. However, the system closed my position at approximately 4306, and the reason shown was “Stop Loss.” This is significantly different from the stop-loss level I had set. don't use this trading app.cutomer services also not useful .my account wash out by app Error.

Limited drawings, saved settings revert to default, can't save certain custom settings like R:R ratio, blocks, lines, etc. I customize a lot. One thing i love so much about XM is the interface - so attractive, at least i can customize that. But using the chart for analysis is the primary setback for me so far; and setting price alerts too is a bit tricky. However, I need just one broker that suits my every operations.
