Ratings and reviews

Team members can no longer use the app because it is not compatible with the version of Android that their phone has, which can't be upgraded further. So many complications and issues using this. Can't even easily skip straight to the most recent messages despite pointing this issue out to them weeks ago. Best you can get is the first message of the day... Which could be hundreds of messages ago...

You must have a phone no older than 3 years old or they lock you out. I have over 300 popular apps on my phone and this is the ONLY one that doesn't work. My phone is still very nice. I'm not going to update it for one app. It's inexcusable for an app as integral to business workflows as Slack to kill support for past Android versions so quickly.

Filters broke a long time ago. Sort settings no longer save, which is a problem because the default setting is makes using the app more annoying then not opening it at all. When working in a big company, forcing it to sort by unreads and mentions means all I see are unrelated support requests, and nothing that I actually care about or need to see. This is now only useable to respond to direct messages from the native android notification popup. I won't open it for any other reason anymore.
